We are hiring for the SBI Renewal Process. The role involves assisting customers with their insurance policy renewals, addressing queries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to SBI policy renewals
   

• Assist customers with policy-related queries
   

• Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently
   

• Maintain customer records and update necessary data
   

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: 12th Pass (HSC) or Graduate
   

• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates (minimum 6 months in BPO preferred)
   

• Age Limit: 18 to 35 years
   

• Communication: Average to good English communication skills
   

• Gender: Male & Female both eligible
