Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle retention calls for existing Airtel customers.
   

• Resolve customer queries and concerns effectively.
   

• Persuade customers to continue their services with Airtel.
   

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales and retention targets.
   

• Maintain quality standards and compliance parameters.
   

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
   

• Experience: Freshers or candidates with a minimum of 6 months’ experience in any field
   

• Age: 18 to 34 years
   

• Gender: Male & Female both can apply
   

• Communication Skills: Average to Good English communication skills

• Shift Timings (Rotational Day Shifts):
   

  • 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM
     

  • 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM
     

  • 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM
     

  • 11:00 AM to 08:00 PM
     

• Weekly Off: Rotational
   

• Interview Mode: Face to Face
   

• Interview Timings: 11:00 AM to 05:00 PM
   

• Salary: ?14,750/- In-Hand per month
   

• Incentives: Performance-based incentives available
