???? Job Summary

We are urgently hiring Life Insurance Sales Executives with prior life insurance sales experience. The selected candidate will actively engage potential customers, understand their financial needs, and recommend suitable life insurance plans to close sales.

? Eligibility & Qualifications

• Educational Requirements:
   

  • Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) + Minimum 6 months of experience
     

  • OR Graduate + Minimum 6 months of experience
     

• Experience Required:
   

  • 6 months to 1 year experience in Life Insurance Sales (mandatory)
     

  • Candidates from a BPO or general sales background will not qualify—strictly life insurance experience required.
     

???? Key Responsibilities

(using standard industry best practices)

• Make outbound calls to generate leads and nurture inbound inquiries (Expertia, LinkedIn).
   

• Conduct needs analysis to identify appropriate life insurance solutions.
   

• Educate prospects on HDFC Life products—term plans, endowments, ULIPs, etc. (HDFC Life).
   

• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets with consistent performance.
   

• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and updates in CRM.
   

• Handle post-sale follow-ups, assist with documentation, and support claim procedures. (Razorpay).
   

???? Skills & Competencies

• Excellent verbal communication and persuasion in English (knowledge of Hindi/Marathi is a plus).
   

• Strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, and conflict-resolution ability.
   

• Customer-driven approach, with a focus on relationship-building.
   

• Basic computer literacy and CRM proficiency.
   

• Resilience under pressure and ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
   

? Work Schedule

• Rotational shifts (details provided upon joining).
   

• One weekly off (rotational).
   

???? Compensation

• In-hand Salary: ?15,000 – ?20,000
   

• Performance-based incentives on top of fixed salary.
   

• Payment structure is fixed + incentives.
