HR Recruiter Intern
Location: Fully remote

What You'll Do:
As an HR Recruiter Intern, you'll help find and hire candidates for our team. This is a hands-on role where your success directly impacts your earnings through incentives.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time only (no part-time options available).

• Monday to Saturday, from 11 AM to 5 PM (IST).

• Total: 6 hours per day, 6 days a week.

Pay and Incentives:

• Base Stipend: ?3,000 per month.

• Recruitment Incentives:

  • Earn ?1,000 for each candidate you recruit who successfully joins the team.

  • If you get 5 or more candidates to join in a month:

    • You'll receive an additional ?5,000 in salary (in addition to your base stipend).

    • Plus, an additional ?1,000 to ?1,500 per candidate (depending on performance).

How to Join:

• You must go through our official recruitment process to be selected and onboarded as an intern. 

• Note: Candidate must have a laptop with a stable internet connection

Leave Policy:

• Monthly Leaves: You get 1 casual leave + 1 sick leave (total of 2 leaves per month).

• Special Leave: 1 extra leave on your birthday.

• Important Rule: If you take more than 2 leaves in any month, your ?3,000 base stipend for that month will be canceled. Plan your time off carefully!
