Job Description:
Placement Mumbai is looking for a motivated and results-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle and build strong client relationships. This is a target-based role offering excellent growth and earning potential for high performers.

Performance & Incentives:
This is a target-based role. If you meet or exceed your monthly target (4x of your salary), you'll receive a 10% incentive on the additional revenue generated beyond the target. Most companies offer only 2%, but we reward high performers with 10%. If the target is not met, your salary will be proportionally deducted.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Source candidates through social media and various job platforms
• Track and manage recruitment metrics and performance data
• Consistently meet monthly placement targets
