Responsibilities of the Intern:

• Assist with the recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.

• Assist in maintaining and updating employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.
• Support the HR team with various administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, managing correspondence, and handling employee inquiries.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed, contributing to the overall success of the HR department.
• Conduct research on industry best practices and trends in human resources.
• Help in creating and maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.
