About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our recruitment team for a short-term internship of 2–3 months. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in talent acquisition, candidate management, and understanding end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various job portals and social media platforms.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly.

• Support in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings.

• Assist in shortlisting candidates based on job requirements.

• Communicate with applicants regarding their application status.

• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve hiring processes.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed MBA/BBA/BA (HR/Management or related field).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR concepts.

• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with online job portals.

• Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
