• Handle inbound calls for either Metropolis lab services or UPSTOX IB-related customer queries
   

• Assist customers with inquiries, bookings, or support requests
   

• Deliver accurate information and professional assistance
   

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and empathy
   

???? Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: HSC (12th Pass)
   

• Experience:
   

  • Freshers: Welcome to apply
     

  • Experienced: Preferred in customer service
     

• Language: Good English communication skills (mandatory)

? Shift Timings:

• Metropolis Process:
   

  • Rotational day shifts between 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM
     

  • No night shifts post 11 PM
     

  • 6 days working | 1 rotational weekly off
     

• UPSTOX IB Process:
   

  • Fixed shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
     

  • 6 days working | 1 weekly off

  • Freshers: ?18,836 CTC | ?16,258 In Hand
     

• Metropolis Process:
   

  • Freshers: ?16,000 In Hand
     

  • Experienced: ?17,000 In Hand
