Job Summary:

Shaadi.com is hiring dynamic and enthusiastic Inside International Sales Executives to handle tele-sales for our international clientele in regions like US, Canada, and Australia. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates with strong communication skills, sales acumen, and regional language proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential and existing customers from international markets via calls and emails.
   

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable membership plans.
   

• Achieve and exceed sales targets through consultative selling.
   

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and follow up on queries.
   

• Accurately log customer interactions and maintain CRM records.
   

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: Prior experience in international BPO sales or tele-sales preferred
   

• Languages Required: Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu + Generic English
   

• Gender: Male candidates preferred
   

• Age & Education: Not specified; experience and communication skills prioritized
   

• Shift: Night Shift (Starting at 10:00 PM IST)
   

• Weekly Off: 2 Rotational Week Offs
