About the Role:

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Inside International Sales Executives to join our Galactic Client Services team at a leading BPO company based in Gurugram. The ideal candidates will have prior experience in outbound sales within the US market and a strong ability to communicate and close deals over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the US market.
   

• Present and sell products/services to new and existing customers.
   

• Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
   

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
   

• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
   

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
   

Requirements:

• Education: 12th Pass / Graduate
   

• Experience: 1–2 years in International BPO or outbound sales (US Market)
   

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (verbal and written)
   

• Age Limit: 18 to 35 years
   

• Gender: Open to Male & Female candidates
   

• Availability: Must be comfortable working night shifts and on alternate Saturdays during the probation period
