Job Description:

We are seeking dynamic and experienced female professionals to join our team as Virtual Relationship Managers (VRM) at Aditya Birla. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the BFSI sector, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of investment and insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients through outbound and inbound calls to provide financial solutions.
  
   
• Promote and sell investment and insurance products, including mutual funds, stocks, and trading services.
  
   
• Maintain and nurture client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  
   
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
  
   
• Provide accurate information and guidance on financial products and services.
  
   

Qualifications:

• Gender: Female candidates only.
  
   
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a call centre role within the BFSI sector (NBFCs, banks, insurance, mutual funds).
  
   
• Communication Skills: Proficiency in English with a Versant score of 5.
  
   
• Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of investment and insurance products.
  
   

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in outbound sales or customer service roles.
  
   
• Ability to handle customer queries and provide effective solutions.
  
   
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  
   
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
