• Strong grasp of HR policies, compliance & payroll

• Excellent communication & people management skills

• Assist in planning & executing HR strategies

• Manage recruitment, onboarding & full employee lifecycle

• Support payroll, compliance & HR operations

• Drive employee engagement & handle grievances

• Prepare HR MIS & reports for leadership
