- To be available on 24x7 mode as required.

- Ability to Manage new service/Node integration /Transition with NOC

- Ability to INTERFACE WITH Tools and ISVs for requirement gathering for NOC Integration Implementation

- Ability to manage internal/external escalations and communication, Manage tools and process adherence

- To be able to understand solution/service deployment architecture and issues of L1/L2 level

- Documentation and Generation of gap analysis reports

- Advance MS-office and Visio skills

- Good Analytical Skills. Should be able to analyze data and create customer facing reports using MS-office.

- Troubleshooting skills on Messaging(SMSC, USSD), Call Management(MCA, VMS)

- Knowledge of GSM , SS7

- Knowledge of ITIL Framework

- Advanced Knowledge of overall Telecom Domain

- Advanced Knowledge of latest Operating Systems like Linux/Unix, Windows, clustering

- Solid understanding of storage, including SAN attached local storage

- Write well constructed shell scripts with functional routine

- Problem debugging/isolation skills for applications/DBs /Interfaces

- Vendor co-ordination and conflict management skills

- Prior experience in Telecom Managed Service, NOC environment

- Knowledge of latest PM tools

- Shift operations planning and co-ordination

- Deal with customers in a professional courteous manner which keeps them informed and offers value on a daily basis

- Provides assistance to team members to achieve individual and team tasks

- Demonstrates self assurance in own actions, judgments and capabilities

- Requires travelling to onsite locations
