???? Key Responsibilities:
- Call potential customers to promote insurance and financial products
- Explain policy features, premiums, and benefits in a clear and persuasive manner
- Convert leads into successful sales and meet daily/weekly targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy processing and customer support

???? Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, or English
- Confident, target-driven, and customer-focused mindset
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM or Excel is a plus)
- Willingness to learn and grow in the insurance domain
- Prior telesales or insurance experience is a bonus, but not mandatory
