Work withinternal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product.

Gatherinformation on the product by reading internal content and by using the producthands-on.

Createcontent using the CCMS content creation tool Paligo.

Createdocumentation in correspondence with established guidelines.

Createcontent with a specific focus on reuse and single-sourcingopportunities.

Communicateinformation and ideas clearly, and concisely in writing.

Perform athorough review of content created before publishing.

Help withpeer-review of the content.

Required qualifications:

Provenworking experience in technical writing of software documentation.

Ability toquickly grasp complex technical concepts and convert the concepts into easilyunderstandable documentation.

Ability tocommunicate clearly and concisely.

Good workingknowledge of MS Office applications.

Goodknowledge of content authoring tools, including HTML and CSS.

Self-starterand ability to work independently.

Flexible/adaptablewith the ability to set and manage multiple priorities.

Excellentwritten and oral communication skills.

Ability towork under minimum supervision and in a geographically distributed team.
