Job description
Writing technical and business documentation on company products and services. Outputs include a range of documents to be read by both by technical and non-technical personnel
Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) within the organization and customers to gather information, learn about new software features and services and write or update documentation to reflect all required changes
Work with software products to properly define example data and required user steps with screen images for inclusion in documents
Support conservation and knowledge management

Requirements

English at mother tongue level - Must
Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Must
A Technical Writer certification from a known establishment - Must
3 to 5 years hands-on technical writing and editing experience, ability to plan, design, research, write, and edit a range of documents - Must
Experience collaborating with various subject matter experts to collect and interpret technical information
In-depth knowledge of desktop publishing tools, including MS Word and Adobe Acrobat
Strong understanding of document structure formatting, styling, and template design
Experience working independently, as part of a team, and with overseas development teams
