Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead in C# Full Stack Development with expertise in Web API and React.js. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, designing and developing robust software solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting and challenging projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging your technical expertise to drive the development process.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead a team of developers and provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support throughout the software development lifecycle.
Design and develop scalable and high-performance software solutions using C# as the primary programming language.
Develop RESTful Web APIs using ASP.NET Core, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
Utilize React.js and related frameworks (such as Redux) to build responsive and interactive user interfaces.
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure the delivery of high-quality code.
Participate in architectural design discussions and provide input on technology selection and implementation.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of the software applications.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies, and actively share knowledge with the team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, and UX/UI, to ensure smooth project delivery and continuous improvement.

Mandatory Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
6 to 12 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on C# full stack development.
Proven experience in developing web applications using ASP.NET Core, Web API, and React.js.
Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and best practices.
Strong knowledge of C#, .NET framework, and related technologies.
