  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity through regular audits and data validation processes
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform decision-making
  • Develop and generate regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key HR metrics and performance indicators
  • Workforce Planning and Analytics:Support workforce planning initiatives by providing data-driven insights on current and future talent needs
  • Collaborate with HR business partners to identify areas for improvement and optimize workforce efficiency
  • Talent Acquisition Analytics:Analyze recruitment data to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies
  • Provide recommendations for optimizing recruitment processes and improving the quality of hires
  • Employee Engagement Analysis:Evaluate employee engagement survey data and other feedback mechanisms to measure employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
