Roles and Responsibilities

Looking for graduates in any stream with 1-3 years of experience in US Insurance domain
Proven data entry work experience with AMS360 or Applied EPIC tool. 
Experience with MS Office and data programs
Ability to effectively communicate with client over emails.
Follow instructions shared by state-side team
Makes decisions within compliance of State and Federal Legislation as well as corporate and regional policies and strategies.
Manages multiple tasks and demonstrates excellent time management skills
Should be able to comprehend clients requirements.
Open for night shifts.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Must have behavioral sensitivity, maturity and tact in addressing complex situations
