Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for end to end lead for driving Energy Projects, Tower Strengthening and Pole Strengthening Projects, Dismantling activities while ensuring the Safety compliances and Quality assurance at each milestone.

1 Achieve the targets for Energy & Safety Projects :

(i) 'Arrange for sufficient number of vendor teams, get the sites surveyed and implement energy reduction initiatives provided by Energy Team as per AOP, coordinate with SCM for stocks, complete the installation and commissioning and completion of Projects. Similiarly end to end project management for Safety projects like Tower Strengthening, Pole Strengthening, Tower Maintenance, Pole Maintenance, Critical Unsafe Site and Dismantling Projects of Hold/Lock sites.
(ii) Formulate a deployment schedule in consultation with the management for the deployment, Payment, & New energy & safety projects implementation , Asset Optimization, Site Deficiency works, Special Projects, Vendor Management, Material Plan as per Roll out Projection, Participate in project planning and status.

2 Ensure quality Adherence of quality guidelines for implementation on the ground, ensure that vendors comply to quality guidelines.

3 Program management of activities Coordinate with stakeholder functions and track their deliverables so as to enable the timely completion of the project.

4 Effectiveness of the initiatives Track factors that affect the functionality of the equipment thereby impacting energy saving, without getting into the actual measurement of energy savings

Desired Candidate Profile

B. Tech from a recognized University in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical/ Telecommunication.

Industry preferred: Telecom industry, Infrastructure Industry, Project Management Function.

Overall 10 to 12 years experience ( experience in managing large projects in across distributed geography).
