Product Positioning - define and document product hierarchy, messaging, core market differentiation and create messaging for solutions and feature sets within our product, both for overarching brand and for the different stages of the customer journey
Market & Competitive Intelligence - understand our target audience, competitors as well as general innovation relevant to our industry and its different verticals. Develop and iterate our ICPs.
GTM Strategy & Product Launches - own and manage the GTM strategy for relevant product portfolio, including new product launches and major product releases, working closely with sales, product, customer success and adoption teams.
Content Generation - deliver high-quality product marketing materials (brochures, sales decks, website copy, datasheets, battle cards, demo videos, marketing videos, etc.) to support demand generation campaigns, sales cycles, and product and features adoption.
Demand Generation - support and work with our extended marketing team on lead generation activities, with messaging, collateral and ensure sales has appropriate follow up materials and enablement tools to execute on leads.
Elevate, and eventually manage, a team of PMMs - create a culture of success and continuous improvement by mentoring, managing, and expanding the product marketing team, including establishing ambitious OKRs to keep the team strategically aligned.
What skills do I need
Ability to understand complex technical products and translate them into marketing deliverables.
Monitor and deliver customer feedback and competitive intelligence to sales, marketing, and product management teams.
Experience executing awareness and adoption campaigns to existing customers through different channels.
Adept at tracking and measuring impact with data.
Curiosity to learn and execute new ideas.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate complex information in a concise and compelling manner.
Can work in a fast paced, ever changing, startup-like environment.
You have a BA/BS degree (MBA preferred).
You bring 8+ years of marketing experience with 5+ doing tech marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.
2+ years managing high performing teams.
Demonstrated experience as a team and cross-functional leader that can mentor and manage team members while balancing requirements and delivering on goals.
You are highly organized and efficient, juggling multiple projects at once with high reliability.
A big plus if you bring experience within the wellness and beauty industry
