We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager. The person would be a part of the product marketing team and help with Analyst Relations [AR]
Product Launches & GTM - Responsible for developing and executing Product/Partner Marketing plans that drive customer acquisition, retention, product adoption and revenue growth.
Collaborate closely with product, partner and marketing teams to develop the positioning, messaging and packaging for our products, carry out competitive research and benchmarking to build a compelling narrative around our new features before we take them to the market. Work closely with marketing, content and customer-facing teams to deliver on the GTM strategy.
Oversee the planning, execution, and performance of multi-channel partnership programs and marketing campaigns to drive demand generation for technology partners on MoEngage
Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales Enablement teams to design partnership collaterals, including presentations, emails, brochures, case studies, etc and run enablement for the GTM teams
Correspond with partner resources by developing an effective communications framework that informs partners of promotions, product updates, etc
Work with the Partnerships team to enhance the growth of partnership marketing strategies
Recommend solutions to develop joint marketing plans with partners by researching consumer behavior trends, target audience, demography, etc
Experience: 4+ years. Most of it should be within product marketing. Specific, hands-on & verifiable experience of having driven at-least some (if not all) of the following activities - analyst relations, product launches, sales enablement in a B2B SaaS company previously.
Analytical & Attention to Detail: Strong skills around product analysis, competitive analysis, and understanding market dynamics. Must have the ability to dive deep into product features, competitive capabilities, competitive positioning, analyst reports, scoring criterias, and use cases.
Communication Skills: Ability to position our products in a differentiated manner. Excellent presentation skills. Ability to foster collaboration between multiple departments. Influence outcomes and project manage campaigns.
Awareness on Information Security concepts and Best Practices.
