Portfolio/product positioning and messaging: develop positioning that differentiates us in the market, resonates with the customers & drives demand. This includes working with relevant stakeholders in defining the key value propositions of the product.
Product launch plan : the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the product marketing plan in collaboration with the product management, marketing and sales team.
Market intelligence: be the expert on the customers, segments, their buying criteria & industry trends; be the expert on the competition and how to crush them. Undertake market study, understand the competitive landscape and share market intelligence in the telecom software vendor space.
Sales & channel enablement: communicate the value proposition to the sales team & partners. Develop high-value sales tools that support the selling process (including but not limited to pitch decks, solution decks, brochures, tech-sheets, case studies, testimonials, videos & battle cards etc.)
Create original go-to-market content: that successfully elevates the Comviva and ADriN brand
Write compelling blogs/whitepapers and work with the SEO expert to drive traffic to the content.
Strategize and execute on high quality demand generation & lead generation activities by working with various teams (design, content, product, sales and partner), targeting the entire marketing lifecycle (awareness to referral). Increase top-of-the-funnel prospects with content that prompts buyers to get in touch with the sales team.
Review and improve digital marketing KPIs, including marketing campaign effectiveness, through tangible actions and data driven insights.
Evangelize the customer success stories & market differentiation through storytelling and thought leadership activities including webinars, award wins/nominations and analyst mentions.
Prepare and share the product marketing newsletter with stakeholders (internal and external)
MBA with specialization in marketing & communications. Bachelor s in IT with experience in software development would be an advantage.
Min 5 years of Product Marketing experience out of 10-12 years of overall working experience. This must include experience in product marketing for telecom 5G & edge based cloud & analytics platforms, mission critical enterprise applications.
Very strong written & verbal communication, visual design & presentation skills, along with analytical mind and attention to detail.
Competency in executing performance and account based marketing.
Past experience of working with C-level executives, with strong storytelling, strategy formulation and persuastion skills.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Management, Alliance/GTM & Customer Success to drive right content strategy & demand generation.
Proven experience in working with analysts like Gartner, Frost & Sullivan, Analyses Mason.
Must have an ability to steer through and grow in an ever-changing work environment, with deep rooted start-up mindset
Good to Have:
Prior experience in a sales or sales support role would be an asset.
Familiar with executing email campaigns and integrated marketing campaigns.
Hands on experience of branding & digital marketing.
