Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure engineer who has worked hands-on with clients/users directly extending technical support and administration on End-user systems and servers/services.

Responsibilities:

As an Employee Experience partner , you will be responsible to answer all queries on technical issues on end-user computing and offer advice to solve them.
He must have hands-on experience of Microsoft tools (Outlook/AzureAD/InTune/SCCM),ITSM tools like ServiceNow and MDM tools like VMware/Blackberry etc
Hands-on experience with End-point services like patch management/SSP/SSO/IAM tools.
Using exceptional communication skills, he must identify, investigate and diagnose issues, resolve or assign the incident to right assignment group, provides resolution to employee based on in scope processes.
Experienced in change management, onboarding new applications and tools is desirable
Handson expertise on automation power shell scripts is an added advantage
Reporting and analytics on spreadsheets.
Requirements:

2-3 Years of experience on Tech Support/IT Operations
Hands on experience on Windows platforms (Win10/M 365/Azure), Remote management tools (UEMs)
Graduate in Computer science/IT
Certifications in ITIL/COBIT/MCSE desirable
