Cab Facility :- NO CABS , Near to Metro Station

Working Days :- 6 Days a week

Salary :-

i) 6 month Exp :- In-Hand :- 25,000 p.m. // 30,000 p.m. CTC

ii) 1 year Exp :- In-Hand :- 30,000 p.m. // 34,000 p.m. CTC

Note :-

i) Performance Based Bonuses / Incentives are there

ii) Salary is fixed

iii) Sales or Customer Support or Query handling experience is MUST to apply

Key Responsibilities :-

Handle the queries of customers over the chat / call

Guide them about the product / services or process

Focus on customer satisfaction

Skills :-

International or similar Level Communication skills are required

Must be good in practical query handling

Must be good in handling tough situations

Must be solution oriented

Must be good enough to handle tough clients

Must be good enough to calm down the situations or customers
