Software Engineer

At E2open, Developers who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. Responsibilities will include requirements to actual code with high quality. You will work with the team in both India and USA to be part of the Design and Development of the data platform.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Responsibilities

3+ years of ETL development and migration experience
Developing experience in the Amazon Cloud Environment AWS (S3, EMR, AWS Glue, Databricks, Amazon Redshift, Data Lake, etc.,)
Development experience on Glue/PySpark
AWS certification is a plus
Experience in Hadoop big data platforms a plus, such as a spark
Ability to output the results in several formats(JSON, data feeds, Reports, etc.,)
Ability to perform data manipulation, load, and extract from several sources of data into another schema
Proficiency in developing, deploying, and debugging cloud-based data assets.
Proficiency in SQL, understanding various databases (Aurora, DynamoDB), and ability to design schemas to meet the requirements.
Ability to understand requirements and changes to requirements.
Strong communication skills

Technical Requirements

Overall 3+ years of experience
Deep technical skills in AWS Glue (Crawler, Data Catalog, PySpark)
Strong hands-on experience in native AWS Glue ETL engineering, operationalization, automation build-out, and integration with other native AWS services like S3, RDS, RedShift & Lambda.
Experience in SQL and Python is a must Knowledge in building ETL Pipelines using AWS services S3, Glue, Lambda, Athena, Security Manager, RDS
ETL & data process automation Experience
Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL experience
Experience in Step Functions, Lambda, CloudFormation
Experience with source code control systems and concurrent development workflows
Additionally, familiar with the following tools: Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Github, Jenkins, and Python.
