Job Title: Business Development Executive (Field work)

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Identify and approach potential clients through cold calls, emails, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand client needs and present suitable service/solution offerings.
• Conduct product/service presentations and demos to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, tech) to meet client goals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
• Maintain CRM/database with up-to-date client information and follow-ups.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry news.
Key Skills Required:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and client management
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Good presentation and reporting skills
• Comfortable with cold calling and client meetings
• Proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools is an added advantage
Educational Qualification:
• Any Graduate (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred)
Language Requirements:
• Proficiency in English
• Regional language (if applicable, e.g., Tamil for Chennai-based roles)
