Officer of Information Technology (Scale-I):-
a) A four-year Engineering/Technology degree in Computer Science/Computer Applications/Information Technology/Electronics/Electronics & Telecommunications/Electronics & Communication/Electronics & Communication/Electronics & Communication/Electronics & Instrumentation
OR
b) A postgraduate degree in electronics, electronics and telecommunications, electronics & communication, electronics & instrumentation, computer science, information technology, or computer applications.
OR
(c) Graduate with a DOEACC 'B' level.

Field Officer for Agriculture (Scale I) :-
A four-year degree (graduation) is required for Agriculture, Horticulture, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Dairy Science, Fishery Science, Pisciculture, Agro-Forestry, Forestry, Agricultural Biotechnology, Food Science, Agriculture Business Management, Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Agricultural Engineering, and Sericulture.

Rajbhasha Adhikari (Level 1) :-
(a) A postgraduate degree in Hindi with English as a subject at the degree (graduation) level is required.
OR (b) a postgraduate degree in Sanskrit with English and Hindi as degree (graduation) topics.

Officer of the Law (Scale I) :-
A Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Bar Council registration are required.

Human Resources/Personnel Officer (Scale I) :-
Graduate and Two Years Full-time A postgraduate degree or a two-year full-time postgraduate diploma in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / HR / HRD / Social Work / Labor Law* is required.

Scale I Marketing Officer :-
Graduate and two years of full-time MMS (Marketing)/ two years of full-time MBA (Marketing)/ two years of full-time PGDBA / PGDBM/ PGPM/ PGDM with a marketing specialty *
* In the case of dual specialities, one of the specializations shall be in the prescribed sector. When it comes to major/minor specializations, the major specialty should be in the specified stream. Candidates with more than two specialities and a postgraduate degree (MMS or MBA) are not allowed to apply.
NOTE: For positions other than IT Officer Scale I, candidates must have a Certificate/Diploma/Degree in computer operations/language/having studied Computer / Information Technology as a High School/College/Institute topic
